3. विज्ञापन का दोष:
– यदि विज्ञापन फट जाता है, तो वाहन मालिक को 48 घंटों के अंदर care@hchpindia.org को ईमेल के माध्यम से HCHP INDIA को सूचित करना होगा।
4. विज्ञापन का अधिकार:
– यह वाहन मालिक के नाम पर रहेगा, और HCHP INDIA का इस पर कोई अधिकार नहीं होगा। किसी भी वाहन पर HCHP INDIA द्वारा लोन नहीं दिया जाएगा।
5. वाहन की सवारी:
– वाहन मालिक को प्रति दिन कम से कम 20 किमी या महीने में 600 किमी वाहन चलाना अनिवार्य होगा।
6. GPRS का इंस्टालेशन:
– HCHP INDIA द्वारा वाहन में एक GPRS सिस्टम इंस्टॉल किया जाएगा, जिसका नियंत्रण वाहन मालिक और HCHP INDIA दोनों के पास होगा। HCHP INDIA को केवल वाहन के उपयोग पर ध्यान रखना होगा।
7. विज्ञापन की अवधि:
HCHP INDIA द्वारा विज्ञापन केवल तीन साल की अवधि के लिए लगाया जाएगा। इसके बाद, वाहन मालिक को यह विज्ञापन हटाने का पूरा अधिकार होगा।
8. दुर्घटना और बीमा का भुगतान:
– यदि वाहन दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो जाता है और उसे ठीक करना असंभव हो जाता है, तो वाहन मालिक को बीमा कंपनी से जो राशि मिलेगी, उसमें से 30% राशि वाहन मालिक के पास रहेगी और 70% राशि HCHP INDIA को अदा की जाएगी।
9. वाहन का उपयोग:
– वाहन मालिक को अपने वाहन का उपयोग अपनी इच्छानुसार करने का अधिकार होगा, लेकिन HCHP INDIA को केवल अपने विज्ञापन से संबंधित मुद्दों पर ध्यान देना होगा।
10. विज्ञापन से संबंधित चालान और टैक्स:
– यदि वाहन पर लगे विज्ञापन को लेकर कोई चालान होता है, तो इसमें पूरी जिम्मेदारी HCHP INDIA की होगी। इसमें वाहन मालिक का कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी।
11. सेंट्रल टैक्स की कॉपी:
– वाहन पर लगे विज्ञापन का सेंट्रल टैक्स की कॉपी वाहन मालिक को गाड़ी की डिलीवरी के समय पर प्रदान की जाएगी, ताकि वाहन मालिक को विज्ञापन को लेकर किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या का सामना न करना पड़े।

This agreement is made between HCHP INDIA ( HAMAAREE CAR , HAMAAREE PAHACHAAN) and the vehicle owner under the following terms and conditions:
1. Car Delivery and Payment:
– HCHP INDIA will collect 30% of the on-road price of the new car from the vehicle owner, and 70% will be paid by HCHP INDIA.
2. Advertisement Work:
– An advertisement will be placed on the car for three years. This advertisement will be placed on both sides and all four doors of the car.
3. Defect in Advertisement:
– If the advertisement gets damaged, the vehicle owner must inform HCHP INDIA via email at care@hchpindia.org within 48 hours.
4. Ownership of Advertisement:
– The advertisement will remain in the vehicle owner’s name, and HCHP INDIA will have no rights over it. HCHP INDIA will not provide any loan for the vehicle.
5. Vehicle Usage:
– The vehicle owner is required to drive at least 20 km per day or 600 km per month.
6. GPRS Installation:
– A GPRS system will be installed in the vehicle by HCHP INDIA, which will be under the control of both the vehicle owner and HCHP INDIA. HCHP INDIA will only monitor the usage of the vehicle.

– If any challan is issued concerning the advertisement on the vehicle, HCHP INDIA will be fully responsible for it. The vehicle owner will not be liable for any such issues.
11. Copy of Central Tax:
– The copy of the central tax related to the advertisement will be provided to the vehicle owner at the time of vehicle delivery, ensuring that the vehicle owner does not face any issues regarding the advertisement.
